I've been thinking. You come here, to read various things on various subjects written by someone, that chances are, you know nothing about. I'd like to fix that.
This post is slightly more personal that that of previous posts. If you're uncomfortable with that, move on.
So, let's start with the obvious. I'm a 15 year old male teenager born in Suffolk, UK, and I currently reside in Leeds, UK. I obviously have a huge interest in that thing in front of you, well, not specifically, but technology in general.
I also take a rather large interest in the arts, from singing to acting, I'm interested, though I wouldn't put you through seeing me dance. To the few of you that have, my deepest apologies.
I'm in my last year of high school (that's the last form of obligatory education in England, to you outsiders), studying various GCSE courses, including, but not limited to:
And the optional ones:
That's not to say I don't have a few certificates under my belt already:
- GCSE History, C
- GCSE Maths, B
- GCSE English, C,
- GCSE Core Science, B
- GCSE Additional Science, B
- GCSE ICT Single Award (Grade currently unknown),
- FCSE Spanish, Level 2
Believe it or not, that's enough to get into a good college in these parts.
However reluctant I am to mention this, I do a have a twin. His name is Adam, though that's not that important. He has one of those Twitter things, though I can't fathom why you would want to follow him.
Talking about my family, I'm actually one of eight, though three of those are only half-siblings, though we don't all live together.
Me and my family:
- Alia Vahedi, 39, Mother.
- Stewart Bogg, 40, Father.
- Mohammad Vahedi, Step Father.
- Elizabeth Taylor, Half Sister on my Father's side.
- Trina Higgins, 19, Sister.
- Jamal Vahedi, 16, Brother, twin to Leila.
- Leila Vahedi, 16, Sister, twin to Jamal.
- Nathaniel Higgins, 15, Me, twin to Adam.
- Adam Higgins, 15, Brother, twin to Nathaniel.
- Haydar Vahedi, 4, Half Brother on my Mother's side.
- Hana Vahedi, 1, Half Sister on my Mother's side.
Told you it was big.
Now to the bit that people always ask me: Yes, I am gay, and yes, I do have a boyfriend. We're not too great at the moment, but I'm hopeful that it will last, and if he's reading this, I hope you know I have every intention of fixing the problems we have.
What's happening now
Right now, I'm in the midst of launching a startup, Blogcase, with one of my best friends Andrew Hathaway. I'm currently auditioning for Nick in our school production of Fame, more news on that at a later date. (Also, just to let you know, my school's productions are just as good as many professional ones, it's what my school is known for). I work as a Junior Developer for Snapshot Media which I am extremely enjoying.
I have dreams of living in good ol' San Francisco in CA, USA within the next four or five years, possibly even within three, though I'm not sure how realistic that is.
I have to start applying for colleges soon, though I have no idea where. I have a few ideas, though I'm not going to name them as they'll mean very little for you.
So that's me, tell me a bit about you.
